Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Jonathan Pagel, concerning your use of the JSON API to Table add-in for Microsoft Excel ("Add-in").

By using the Add-in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Add-in.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Add-in is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Add-in (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Add-in "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material in our Add-in except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Add-in according to these Terms of Use.

User Representations

By using the Add-in, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use;
2. You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
3. You will not use the Add-in for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
4. Your use of the Add-in will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Third-Party APIs and Services

The Add-in allows you to connect to third-party APIs and services. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party services, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party services.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party APIs you connect to through the Add-in. Your use of third-party APIs may be subject to rate limits, usage restrictions, or other limitations.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE ADD-IN, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Term and Termination

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Add-in. We may terminate or suspend your right to use the Add-in immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
